Welcome to tax year 2024!

We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with SafeSend One as a way for you to keep your tax documents, and manage any action items, all in a central location.

What does this mean…

SafeSend One is our new Client Portal... and much more. SafeSend One will be the new hub for uploading and receiving tax documents (source docs, tax returns, vouchers, estimates, K1’s).

Benefits of using the secure SafeSend One Client Portal:

  • All of your outstanding tasks are organized in a list so you can efficiently manage and complete your tasks.
  • Access, view, and download all files received or uploaded through SafeSend One.
  • Receive proactive reminders and notifications directly from the portal.
  • Easily track and manage your K-1 distributions and tax payment vouchers.

To upload your 2024 tax documents to your secure SafeSend One Portal account:

  • Login to your SafeSend One account
  • Go to the “Documents” section on the left side of your screen
  • Click “Send Files” in the top right of your page
  • In the “To” field select “Document Upload”
  • Be sure to fill in your email address, first and last name, subject, and brief description
  • Click “Attach Files” to securely upload your tax documents

As part of this process you will receive an email from GWH Advisors & Accountants at noreply@safesendreturns.com. Add this email to your safe list to prevent it from being categorized as spam or junk. If you do not see an email from GWH Advisors & Accountants at noreply@safesendreturns.com, please check your Spam or Junk Folder. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.
